as long as we question, we are free. free to see, to feel and to express who we are. and to connect collaboratively with one another.

"the emperor's new clothes" by hans christian andersen
this fairy tale has been a companion to me as i have traveled through my life.
briefly, it is about an emperor who was deceived by two tailors who said they were making a set of clothing out of a "dream" fabric. in reality, they used no fabric at all. to make their scam complete, they announced that only those who were wise enough would be able to see the beautiful clothing. and so, no one, not even the emperor, admitted to being unable to see it.
wearing his new "clothing", the emperor paraded through his kingdom. no one questioned his appearance; no one wished to appear less than wise.
until a small child asked, "why is the emperor not wearing any clothes?"
so it is that i ask, if i question rather than believe i am wise, what will i see?

Becos if you won't get burned ...you will never be dust ....no matter what dust you are ....the burning process will make us into dust or ashes ....what do you think of dust or ashes ??

so if i am made of stardust, i can still be impacted by them....
if a log is burned into ash, what essence of the log remains?
Charcoal...haha...is a kind of coal... useful for the people to cook meals ...they used it in the past ...am i right?? zZxero...personally i dun want to think that we are made of dust ...but i want to think that we are made of rocks ....so that either through craving or burning we became beautiful vessels or diamonds ....to shine :)
That's because the sun is not just the source of power, it is all too powerful for any one or anything to go near and not get burned.Nothing specifically wrong with you ;)
s.a., "dust" is not a pretty word for very tiny particles of ancient stars that no longer spin in the universe. i agree.
it seems that everywhere around us there is a process going on. diamonds in the making. forests becoming charcoal.
if i stay out in the sun too long, then i forget how to live harmoniously with a star so much larger than the tiny elements of former stars within me.
perhaps, i should stay inside this afternoon and draw with charcoal upon pieces of paper made by hands other than mine.
Perhaps we were all become dust one day ....and during that moment do we still get sunburned ?? ....as in we are no longer constraint to the orbit of earth and thus the sun do not have any power over us ....Anne, do stay indoors to use charcoal for some fun drawing ....and ya, another interesting question :)...

perhaps, we will end up, each particles of former stars, becoming one large star.........and then we can visit with one another and laugh at being sunburned once upon a time in a world where time mattered..........
When we bond, we become stronger causing the light within each of us to shine brighter, perhaps causing such a powerful effect.
i.g., i like the concept that if i connect with another person, that connection enables me to become stronger, more alive.
i have heard the saying...........two heads are better than one........perhaps, there is an alternate:
two stars shine brighter than one........
we get sunburned because we are stardust because the mother staris calling us home.
so, the closer i get to the mother star, the more gentle the star becomes?
being burned by distance/separation from........an interesting concept........
