would you go? If asked? Or would you go, just to be nice?

doing things just to be nice tends not to take me anywhere i want to go.......

i will, i need to let you see the wonderful lights in the sky....i would try to lessen your fear, by showing you that lights in the sky can be beautiful,if you were afraid of lightning in the sky, can i ask you why are you afraid ....is it that you are afraid because it will strike on you and made you dead ??

if i said lightning is fire that strikes the ground......

yet, are there times we enjoy being afraid? is there something expansive about lightning, about nature unbounded?

would it be a reminder that mankind is not as dominant as we are led to believe?

yet, light revealed by colors in the sky.....fireworks....where can those images take me?

and if you took me to a fireworks display, then we could share the experience. but would you remain with me if lightning were striking?

Fear, like all basic emotions can be beautiful. Anything that is beautiful is worthwhile. But to find this, you have to go to one of those places where nobody can guide you.

Fireworks, on the other hand strike me as opulent.

sir, i had not put it into words like yours before but odd as it sounds, there can be a beauty to fear. i am realizing that what i fear most is the loss of beauty. and so, perhaps my journey into fear, which as you say i make on my own, i do in the light in my belief in that beauty and that somehow i will connect with it.

with lightning, the wildness of it is beautiful. although for a friend of mine who was struck by lightning, hers is a different journey. one she makes on her own to find that her own beauty has not been struck down.

and yes, fireworks give a richness to the night sky.....and a sense of wonder.

thank you for your comment.......

I would..probably trick you to come along..but when you do see the fire works, would it remind you of lightening? and if so would you be scared? And if I ask you what are you afraid of, would you tell me which aspect of lightening is so frightening? and If I wish to get you rid of this fear, would you let me take you to a journey?
Missed your blog..couldn't help saying it again.

bh, you take me on a journey with your comments, as it is......

i would probably be afraid of fear......

i am glad you have been involved with your blog. you do good work!

it is so good to be talking with you again....and questioning.

you said, "I would probably be afraid of fear.."
I would then ask..what is that you fear? Fear needs a shape and form to exist,if your shape has no form..i would help it evaporate and vanish.

if i were afraid of lightning and that was really about being afraid to feel fear i believe that would mean that i would fear losing my sense of being at home with myself....

afraid of loosing the feeling of fear..I like that..I would be paranoid, if I stop feeling an emotion, but maybe just maybe the fireworks would bring joy, beauty and fear to your heart..but you would feel happy..cause you feel the emotions..

well that is an interesting point. some fear is enjoyable to feel. it is like excitement....being out of one's comfort zone, out of one's routine. doing something you have wanted to do but have been afraid to and then taking the leap and laughing and collaborating with the fear itself.

so perhaps then, fear is one of our walking companions as we travel though life and the conversation then could be what we came here to hear......
