each question, each drawing is an invitation to join me in allowing what appears absurd to take us to a wisdom beyond linear thinking.
as long as we question, we are free. free to see, to feel and to express who we are. and to connect collaboratively with one another.

"the emperor's new clothes" by hans christian andersen
this fairy tale has been a companion to me as i have traveled through my life.
briefly, it is about an emperor who was deceived by two tailors who said they were making a set of clothing out of a "dream" fabric. in reality, they used no fabric at all. to make their scam complete, they announced that only those who were wise enough would be able to see the beautiful clothing. and so, no one, not even the emperor, admitted to being unable to see it.
wearing his new "clothing", the emperor paraded through his kingdom. no one questioned his appearance; no one wished to appear less than wise.
until a small child asked, "why is the emperor not wearing any clothes?"
so it is that i ask, if i question rather than believe i am wise, what will i see?

Aren't thunder heard ...rather then see ....hmmmm...light travel faster then sound ...so maybe lightning and thunder never had the chance to meet at all ...different arrival time :)
Maybe they don't have a chance to meet.
But i was wondering....since the lightning and thunder are parts of a storm, does that enable them to be more aware of one another?
So...haha...they are parts of a bad thing :(....but in a sense, they make us aware that a storm is coming ...and ya...pple look at the signs and run to shelters :)...
If they could not see each other, what then?
Would lightening fear thunder and then search for shelter?
Didn't you said they are parts of a storm ...why would lightening fear thunder ???...Perhaps becos they could not see each other ...and lightening miss thunder, and would only be flashed for a moment ...and totally disappear....or ya, vent the anger on the people, with strikes...
If lightning heard a loud noise that it could not see, would i know it was part of the same storm? You and i know that but would lightning?
If they are parts of the same storm, lightning should know right ??? Unless, hmmmm....they aren't aware of each other ....or perhaps ...they are just too aware ...and they had to miss each other, becos they had different tasks to perform in the storm :)
So just too aware....i am aware that that could take us somewhere, but where...?
:)..."somewhere over the rainbows..."....lalala....
