Shoes is to protect your feet from being hurt by the roughness of roads ....it would not help finding your way home ....Anne, what do you think will help you find the direction back to home ??Perhaps buying a new pair of shoes let you have the confidence and assurance that in the long journey way home ....you are safe and be able to reach home with nice feet ...intact and strong :)....

magic shoes would help or a fairy god mother, might as well.

looking for new shoes could take me into a unique shop which would have shoes especially suited to finding my home.

if i were lost and home was something i just could not find, maybe if i started over again with new shoes, my feet might experience a new way to step and i might see signposts i had missed before.

and new shoes just might protect me from being hurt, from the roughness all around and i might feel all the stronger for them.........

Would buying a new pair of shoes mean it would lead you to a new home?

Sometimes, we struggle with remnants of the past and try to fix things but maybe we should just let that all go and start a fresh!

if i am lost, i wonder if instead of looking for a new way, if i don't focus on something else less difficult........like a new pair of shoes.........

it will be my same feet walking along but somehow, looking at them in new shoes, i might convince myself that i am not like the former scuffed up shoes of my journey but ones that look bright and shiny and have no wear and tear.

what do i throw away? what do i blame when i cannot find my way? and if so, where does that take me?

Does old shoes had only one way, being thhrow away?? Maybe ...you can blame the fog for blinding you up for the way ...or perhaps the wrong signpost that directs with a wrong direction....Do you think the way back home ...is the destination (as in the comfortable feeling of familiarity) or is becos along the way home...you meet the people, the scenery etc that the shoes steadily helps you along the way to find ?? Do you then thank the shoes for that ??

ah, if i thank the shoes for being my traveling companions, i might no longer feel that are old and useless.

they would seem familiar, just like the home i am trying to reach.

what do we do when our worlds no longer seem familiar?
